Allahabad Bank Clerk Selection Process Details: Allahabad Bank recruits Clerks on the basis of the Clerks Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS. Allahabad Bank Selection Procedure details: Allahabad Bank Clerk Selection Process is based on IBPS Score and Interview.
Selection Procedure:
1. IBPS Clerk Common Written Exam: The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Clerk Common Written Exam and have the score mentioned by Allahabad Bank are only eligible.
2. Interview: Depending upon the number of vacancies in each State / Union Territory, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS Score) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS, will be called for Interview.
3. Interview marks: Interview will be conducted for 35 marks and it is conducted to assess the attributes of the candidates like intelligence, motivation, communication skills etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the Interview would be 40% i.e 14 for General category & 35% i.e 12 for Reserved Category Candidates. Candidates who have cleared Interview will be considered for final selection.
4. Final Selection: Final Selection will be made State/Union Territory wise and candidates who have secured qualifying marks in each Objective Test and stipulated minimum TWS score in the CWE and alse secure minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be considered for Final Selection.
