Allahabad Bank Specialist Officer Selection Procedure Details: Allahabad Bank recruits Specialist Officers on the basis of the Specialist Officers Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS. The Candidates who possess a valid score card are only eligible to apply for the Specialist Officer Vacancies. Allahabad Bank Selection Procedure details: Allahabad Bank Specialists Officer Selection Process is based on IBPS Score, Group Discussion and/or Interview.
Selection Procedure:
1. IBPS Specialist Officer Common Written Exam: The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Specialist Officers Common Written Exam and have the score mentioned by Allahabad Bank are only eligible.
2. Group Discussion: Depending upon the number of vacancies, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS Score) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS, will be called for Group Discussion. The candidates who secure the qualifying marks in the Group Discussion will be considered for interview.
3. Interview: The interview will be conducted for 30 marks and it is conducted to assess the attributes of the candidates like intelligence, motivation, communication skills, professional knowledge etc. The minimum qualifying marks for interview would be 40% i.e. 12 for General category & 35% i.e. 10 for reserved category candidates. Candidates not qualifying in the interview will not be considered for final selection.
4. Final Selection: Only those candidates who have secured the qualifying marks in each objective test and the stipulated minimum TWS score in the CWE and also the minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be considered for final selection.
