Name of the Posts:
1. Laboratory Technician: 02 Posts
2. Pharmacist: 07 Posts
3. Attendant: 10 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-32 years as on the date of advt. Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to women, SC, ST & SEBC candidates, 10 years for PH/ Ex-serviceman candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed +2 science examination under council of higher secondary education, odisha/ equivalent & passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) course from any of the 03 Medical college & Hospitals of the state/any other private institutions for S.No-1, Diploma in Pharmacy & having registration on the Odisha pharmacy council for S.No-2 from any of 3 govt Medical College & Hospital of the State or from any other AICTE approved institution & M.E School Certificate Examination Class-VII for S.No-3 & for more information refer the notification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on Merit basis.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application in the prescribed format along with all relevant certificates & envelope should be superscribed with “name of the post applied for” by Registered post/ Speed post to the Chief District Medical Officer, Bhadrak on or before 09-01-2017 (Extended to 20-02-2017 for Post 1).
