1. Officer Scale – I: 24 Posts
2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 41 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-06-1986 and later than 31-05-1996 (both dates inclusive) for post 1, 18-28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02-06-1986 and later than 01-06-1996 (both dates inclusive) for post 2 as on 01-06-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ equivalent with Proficiency in local language.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September 2014 and Personal Interview.
IBPS Score Card (CWE) Details: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the following scores:

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website www.meghalayaruralbank.co.in from 05-01-2015 to 20-01-2015. Interview will be held at Head Office, Meghalaya Rural Bank, Shillong.

2. Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- CWE-III conducted in September 2014) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project.
3. Click on “Recruitment” —-> “Apply Online”.
4. Fill all the mandatory fields in the application form & click on the submit button.
5. Candidates should take the print out of the system generated application form for future use.

As per the notification all Indian citizens can apply for the post of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistants(Multi purpose)in Meghalaya Rural Bank, but candidates should be proficient in Khasi/Garo languages, must have passed Kasi/Garo languages as one of the subjects in their matriculation.
