Vijaya Bank Clerk Selection Procedure Details: Vijaya Bank recruits Probationary Clerks on the basis of the Clerk Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS. The Candidates who possess a valid score card are only eligible to apply for the Clerk Vacancies given by the bank. The following are the Selection Procedure details to apply for the Clerks vacancy.

Vijaya Bank Selection Procedure details: Vijaya Bank Probationary Clerks Selection Process is based on IBPS Score and Interview.

Selection Procedure:

1. IBPS Clerk Common Written Exam: The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre and have the score mentioned by Vijaya Bank are only eligible.

2. Interview: Depending upon the number of vacancies in each State / Union Territory, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS Score) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS and possess a valid score card issued by IBPS and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on the Total Weighted Standard Score shall be called for a Personal Interview. The interview shall be conducted to assess the personality traits having bearing on interpersonal competence, emotional stability, adaptability, courtesy, self confidence & temperament, positive attitude towards work/ people and communication skills etc.

3. Interview Marks: The Personal Interview will be conducted for 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for the Interview would be 40% marks (35% marks for Reserved Category Candidates).

4. Final Selection: Final selection will be on the basis of the merit ranking reckoned after adding the marks obtained in the TWS in the Common Written Exam and Interview.
