AFCAT Eligibility Details: Indian Air Force (IAF) recruits Commissioned Officers in Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branches through Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). Candidates intending to apply should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as specified by IAF:
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should be an Indian Citizen.
Age Limit:
For Flying Branch through AFCAT and NCC Special Entry: Candidates age should be between 20-24 years i.e. born between 20 to 24 Years as on 01-01-2022 i.e. born between 02-01-1998 to 01-01-2002 (both dates inclusive). relaxable upto 26 years i.e. born between 02 January 1996 to 01 January 2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch: 20 to 26 years as on (01-01-2022) i.e. born between 02-01-1996 to 01-01-2002 (both dates inclusive) for Technical Branch & Non-Technical Branch.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess qualification as follows:
