• For SC/ST & PwD Candidates: Rs.1,500/-
• Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee.

• Starting Date for Apply Online & Payment Fee: 01-08-2024
• Last Date to Apply Online: 18-11-2024 at 11:59 PM
• Last Date for Payment of Fee: 19-11-2024 at 11:59 PM
• Candidates who have initiated their registration but have not yet made the payment for AILET 2025 can complete their registration by paying the fee up to 8:00 AM on November 19, 2024.
• Last date for submission of online application form is April 30, 2025 for applications under Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO Category
• Date of Issue of Admit Card (Online): 26-11-2024 from 08:00 PM Onwards
• Date of Exam: 08-12-2024, from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM

Qualification

• For B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) [Five-Year Programme]: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination with 45% marks s (42% in case of OBC’s and 40% for SC/ST)
• LL.M. Programme [One Year]: LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities)
• Ph.D. (LAW) Programme: LL.M. or an equivalent law degree with 55% marks (50% SC/ST/OBCs non-creamy layer/Differently Abled/Economically Weaker Section)
• Ph.D. (Social Sciences viz., Political Science, Sociology, Criminology, Economics and English) Programme: Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in relevant Social Sciences or humanities with 55% marks (50% SC/ST/OBCs non creamy layer/ Differently Abled/Economically Weaker Section).

• Candidates may get admission to the Five-Year B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. programs for the Academic Year 2025-26.
