Infosys Dividend 2025 Record Date
IT major Infosys has announced a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The announcement was made following a board meeting held on April 16–17, 2025.
As per the company's exchange filing, the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend is May 30, 2025.
Infosys Q4 Results Key Highlights for FY25
Infosys Q4 results for FY25 highlight steady performance with modest growth across key financial metrics. Revenue in constant currency (CC) terms rose by 4.2% year-on-year (YoY), while reported revenue stood at $19,277 million, reflecting a 3.9% YoY increase. The company's operating margin improved to 21.1%, up by 0.5% YoY, indicating better operational efficiency.
However, basic earnings per share (EPS) declined slightly by 0.3% YoY to $0.76. On the positive side, Infosys reported a significant surge in free cash flow (FCF), which increased by 41.8% YoY to $4,088 million. The FCF conversion ratio was a strong 129.3% of net profit, highlighting robust cash generation and financial health.
Infosys Q4 Results
Infosys reported an 8% year-on-year increase in its core operational revenue, reaching ₹40,925 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25, compared to ₹37,923 crore in the same quarter last year.
Alongside its Q4 results, Infosys also declared a final dividend of ₹22 per share for FY25. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is May 30, 2025, and the dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025.
Following the announcement of its results, Infosys’ American Depository Receipts (ADRs) saw a decline of over 4% in the US markets, falling to $15.68 from the previous close of $16.58.
In India, however, Infosys shares closed slightly higher on April 17, gaining 0.51% to end at ₹1,420.20, compared to ₹1,413 at the previous close. The Q4 results were released after the close of domestic trading hours.
