PS5 System Software Update
The PS5 system software update 25.02-11.00.00 for March 2025 has been made available by Sony. Along with a general system stability upgrade, the update adds additional parental control settings and improves Activities. By providing PS5 users with improved functionality and more fluid performance, these enhancements seek to improve the user experience.
The PS5 update version 25.02-11.00.00, which has a 1.3GB download size, was issued by Sony. Activity information is now completely displayed on cards with potential spoilers concealed thanks to the update. More emoji support is also included in the update, enabling improved communication and interaction.

- We’ve made it simpler to view details about activities.
- Activity details are now fully displayed on cards.
- Potential spoilers will still be hidden.
- Unicode 16.0 emojis are now supported. You can use them in your messages.
- When you set the parental controls' restriction level to Late Teens or Older, Communication and User-Generated Content will now default to Restrict. If you have previously set the level to Late Teens or Older, your previous settings will not be affected and it will be shown as Customize.
