Qualification

• Candidates Should Posses B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc Engineering in Relevant Field

Salary

• The selected candidates will be inducted in the Pay Scale of Rs. 40,000-3%- 1,40,000.
• In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as Perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund as per the Company's rules will be part of the remuneration package. Annual CTC will be Rs. 11.67 Lakhs (approx.).

Method of selection

• Selection will be through Computer based test and interview. The assessment weightage will be 85% and 15% for Computer based test and interview respectively.
• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and whose online applications have been accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for Computer based test.
• The eligible candidates will be required to appear for Computer based test for 85 marks consisting of:
• Part I: General Awareness: 15 Marks – comprises 15 questions of general mental ability and aptitude to logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge
• Part II: Technical / Trade Aptitude: 70 marks – comprises of 70 questions Technical/Professional knowledge Test having specific questions from respective degree
• Candidates passing the Computer based test will be shortlisted for Personal Interview based on the performance in the Computer based test in the ratio of 1:5.
