DMRC Recruitment 2025 - Screening Process

The selection methodology for candidates applying on Deputation and PRCE basis shall comprise of Personal Interview.

For the purpose of grant of medical benefits, as applicable, the engagee shall have to undergo a Medical Fitness Examination, in case of the candidate applying on PRCE basis.

The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness. DMRC Recruitment 2025 - Pay Scale Eligibility Criteria

For candidate’s applying on deputation basis: 

Officers working in the CDA pay scale of Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200), in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, in any Govt. Organization/ PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt/ PSUs and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches. or 

Officers working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000-280000/-, in any Govt. organization/ PSUs/Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt./ PSUs/Metro’s and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches.

For candidate’s applying on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis

Officers working in or retired from the CDA pay scale of Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200) or higher, in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, in any Govt. Organization/ PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt/ PSUs and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches. Officers working in/ retired from non- functional grade at Level-14 may also apply. or 

Officers working in, or, retired from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 120000-280000/- or higher, in any Govt. organization/ PSUs/Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in Govt./PSUs and Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of inspection of manufacturing of Railway/ Metro Coaches.
