GATE COAP Application Form 2025
The GATE COAP 2025 registration is now open for IIT MTech admissions. Candidates with valid GATE scores (2023, 2024, 2025) can apply. IIT Roorkee announced the GATE 2025 results on March 19. The Round 1 counselling link will be activated on May 17, 2025. COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) allows candidates to access IIT admission/job offers from participating IITs and PSUs. Register now on the official COAP 2025 portal.
IISc is the coordinating institute for COAP 2025, and the participating institutes are: IISc Bengaluru, IIT Bhilai, IIT Bhubaneshwar, IIT BHU, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Dharwad, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Goa, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Indore, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, IIT Jammu, IIT Jodhpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Mandi, IIT Palakkad, IIT Patna, IIT Roorkee, IIT Ropar and IIT Tirupati.

What is the Eligibility Criteria for GATE COAP Application Form 2025?
- Candidates must be Indian Nationals.
- Candidate should have a valid GATE score (Qualified in GATE 2025/2024/2023)
What is the Registration Procedure for GATE COAP Application Form 2025?
- To register for COAP 2025, candidates must have their name, GATE registration number(s), valid GATE score(s), date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
- Only those who have qualified in GATE 2025, 2024, or 2023 and wish to apply for M.Tech. admission or PSU job offers through participating institutes are eligible to register at COAP 2025. After successful registration, candidates can view offers from these institutes, which will be linked to their COAP registration number.
- Registration is deemed successful only when a candidate completes the log-in procedure using the details sent via email and SMS. The email contains a URL along with the login ID, and the SMS contains the password.
- Candidates should enter all valid GATE scores (GATE 2025, GATE 2024, GATE 2023) while filling out the application. If no additional GATE scores exist, clicking the SUBMIT button completes the registration process.
- The application process for COAP 2025 is finalized only after clicking the SUBMIT button during the first login to the candidate’s account.
Notes:
- COAP 2025 is a portal for M.Tech. admission offer and acceptance/rejection by participating institutes and candidates, respectively.
- The candidate should apply separately to the respective Institute(s) for M.Tech. admission.
- Each participating institute will adhere to its respective selection procedures in accordance with their established norms and guidelines.
- Each candidate must register at COAP to review and select their most preferred offer, if any, from the participating institutes.
