• Officer on Special Duty: Serving/Retired approved Principals of the affiliated colleges of Punjab State Universities/Serving/Retired Professor of Universities.
• Junior Technician (Electronics Technology): B.Sc.
• Junior Technician (Computer Science & Engg): BCA/B.Sc.(IT)/B.Sc Computer Science/B.Sc. Economics or equivalent thereto or BA/B.Sc. with Computer Science as an elective Subject, with atleast 50% marks. OR Post Graduate/Graduate with 50% marks and PGDCA from GNDU or equivalent thereof.
