NaBFID Officers Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

• CA/Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Economics OR Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance / Banking & Finance/ Sustainability Management/ Strategic Management) from recognized University / Institution OR Equivalent from a recognized University / Institution
• CA/Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Economics OR Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance / Banking & Finance) from recognized University / Institution OR Equivalent from a recognized University / Institution
• PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Media/ Mass Communication/ Public Relation/Marketing or equivalent

Minimum: 21 years, Maximum: 40 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 01.03.1985 and not later than 28.02.2004 (both days inclusive)

NaBFID Officers Recruitment 2025 - Pay Scale

• Remuneration will be offered based on qualification, experience, suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.
• Remuneration will also include variable pay (performance bonus) of upto 20% on fixed compensation and may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time.

• The Selection Process will be based on Shortlisting -cum-Interview. However, if large number of applications are received for any stream, Bank may decide to conduct online exam.
• In such case, if the bank decides to conduct the Online Exam, the selection process shall stand changed to Online exam and Personal Interview.
• The corrigendum for details of the exam etc. will be updated on the bank’s website and eligible candidates will be informed by email/ SMS.

Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are 800/- plus applicable taxes for General/ EWS/ OBCcandidates and 100/-plus applicable taxes (Only Intimation charges) for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
