NII Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

• Manager (Admn/Estate): The candidate should possess Graduate qualification in any discipline with experience in Administration, Engineering, Estate, Finance, Stores etc. A distinguished academic record with Post Graduate degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science/ Engineering or MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management from an Institute / University
• Administrative Officer: The candidate should possess Graduate qualification in any discipline with experience in Administration, Accounts, House-Keeping, Establishment Matters etc.Graduate preferably with Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management, Recognised course/training in Secretariat work or passed UPSC examination.
• Finance & Accounts Officer: The candidate should possess SAS/CA/ICWA qualifications or equivalent with experience in Cash/Accounts/Budget work etc. Graduate with SAS / CA/ ICWA and minimum 5/7 years experience as Pay and Accounts Officer/ Accounts Officer/Head of Finance and Accounts Division
• Senior Technical Officer: MV.Sc. or equivalent with 5 years experience OR M.Sc. or equivalent with six years experience OR B.V.Sc. or equivalent with nine years OR B.Sc. or equivalent with 10 years experience.
• Junior Assistant-I: Graduate with one year experience. Knowledge of Computer/Word processor operation is essential.

NII Recruitment 2025 - Salary

• Recruited candidates will get pay as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and other benefits include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Facilities and other allowances/ advances as per Govt. of India Rules.
• The recruited candidates will be covered under National Pension System (NPS) of the Government of India unless provided otherwise as per Govt. of India Rules.

• Manager (Admn/Estate): For Deputation Not exceeding 56 years as on the last date for receipt of applications For Direct Recruitment Not exceeding 50 years as on the last date for receipt of applications
• Administrative Officer: For Deputation Not exceeding 56 years as on the last date for receipt of applications For Direct Recruitment Not exceeding 40 years as on the last date for receipt of applications
• Finance & Accounts Officer: For Deputation Not exceeding 56 years as on the last date for receipt of applications For Direct Recruitment Not exceeding 40 years as on the last date for receipt of applications
• Senior Technical Officer: Not exceeding 35 years as on the last date for receipt of applications
• Junior Assistant-I: Not exceeding 30 years as on the last date for receipt of applications

NII Recruitment 2025 - Application Fee

• A non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only, in case of Direct Recruitment) is to be paid by the candidate.
• Women and SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee as per Govt. of India rules in this regard.
• Fee is to be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. Application Fee paid by the candidates who have not submitted their application or whose application is rejected will not be refunded.
• All applicable service charges, bank charges etc. shall be borne by the candidates only.

NII Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process

• The selection process will consist of interview of shortlisted applicants
• Senior Technical Officer: The selection process will consist of interviews of shortlisted applicants. However, if large number of applications are received, applicants meeting minimum eligibility may be shortlisted for interview based on a written test
• Junior Assistant-I: The selection process will consist of i. Tier-I Written Test consisting of Objective Type MCQs (OMR based) and Descriptive Questions; and ii. Tier-II (Computer/Word Processor Operation Proficiency Test).
