OAV Recruitment 2025 Age Limit (as on 10-03-2025)

• Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
• Maximum Age limit: 65 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

• Candidates Should Posses Bachelors Degree, B.A, B.Ed, B.Tech/B.E, Masters Degree (Relevant Fields).

Salary

• Consolidated payment on monthly basis shall be made to the contractual teachers.
• If regular incumbent joins before completion of one month of the contractual teacher, then the contractual teacher may be assigned some other duty and shall be relieved when he/ she completes the minimum period of one month.
• PGT of all subjects: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-
• TGT of all subjects: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-

Selection Procedure

• The selection of the candidate for the preparation of the panel list in the different subjects will be made on the basis of career marks only as per the computation procedure given below.
• The short listed candidates will appear before the selection board for documents verification.
• The computation of marks will be made taking 10% of the Percentage of marks secured in HSC (without extra optional), Bachelor Degree and B.Ed. for TGTs and HSC (without extra optional), Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and B. Ed. for PGTs
• Extra 5 marks will be added in the computation of marks for the candidates having M. Phil or Ph.D degree and 10 marks for the candidates having both degrees
• The short-listed candidates will be called for the document verification before the finalisation of the panel list, the date and venue of which will be intimated through their registered e-mail/ NIC portal of the district.
• The selection committee will finalize the list of selected teachers to be engaged as per the vacancies available in the OAVs in the district.
• The Nodal Principals indicating the name of the OAV in which he/she is to be engaged will intimate to the principal & Principal will issue an engagement order.
• The engagement of a teacher will automatically come to an end once a regular teacher is appointed/ engaged against the vacant post in OAV.
• The concerned teacher may be allotted by the Nodal Principal in any other OAV as per the available Vacancy against the sanctioned vacant post.

Mode of Application

• The candidates who can conveniently attend the schools in any block of the district need to apply for empanelment.
• The candidate will submit the application by superscribing “THE POST APPLIED FOR _____” to the Nodal Principal, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Ranibhol, Atranibhol, Po-bhurudubani, Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Pin - 757107 in the prescribed format along with required documents by registered post/ speed post so as to reach the office by 27.03.2025 up to 4.00 PM.
