Assistant Architect: Degree in architecture from a recognised Institution with special paper in Town Planning or an equivalentqualifications

Assistant Director Fisheries: PG Degree in Zoology/Fisheries Science or B.Tech in Fisheries Engineering.

Research Officer: PG Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or Diploma in Statistics.

Professor (Unani): 5-year Degree in Unani Medicine + 10 years of teaching experience.

UPPSC Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process

Minimum educational qualification is not sufficient for being called for interview. Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Intimation for interview will be sent later on.

In case of large number of applicants for the post/ posts, the Commission may hold screening test, which will be communicated in due course of time. Under the conditions of holding screening test (Objective Type), penalty (Negative Marking) shall be imposed for wrong answers given by the candidates in the manner given below--

There are four alternatives for the answer to every question. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, of the marks assigned to thatquestion will be deducted aspenalty.

If a candidate gives more than one answer, it will be treated as wrong answer even if one of the given answer happens to be correct and there will be same penalty as above for that question

If a question is left blank i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be for that question

At the time of examination, candidates must fill all the information sought on the OMRAnswer Sheet correctly by blackening the concerned circles, which are decipherablebythescannermachine.TheCommission will evaluate OMR Answer Sheet only on the basis of information given by blackening the concerned circles of OMRAnswer Sheet. The candidates are also directed not to use whitener, blade, pin or rubber etc. on the OMR Answer Sheet. In case of not blackening the circles properly in the OMR Answer Sheet and filling any information incorrectly, the Commission shall not evaluate such OMR Answer Sheet for which candidates themselves shallbe wholly responsible.
