Exam Pattern: Arunachal Pradesh Police Sub Inspector Exam Pattern will consists of two types of tests., physical efficiency test and written examination.
Physical Efficiency Test: The candidate who meets minimum physical standards as mentioned in notification will be called for physical efficiency test. Physical efficiency test will consists of following events.

| 6 | Chin Up | 6 times | NA |
Note: The physical efficiency test will be of qualifying in nature.
Written Examination: The eligible candidates of physical efficiency test will be put through written test in one paper which will have three sections covering General English, General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics of 100 marks each.
For Civil Police/ IRBn:

Note:
1. The written examination willbe of multiple choice objective types on OMR format.
2. The minimum aggregate marks in written examination will be 45% in aggregate.
