Bank of India Selection Procedure details: Bank of India Specialist Officer Selection Process is based on IBPS Score and/or Interview.

Selection Procedure:

1. IBPS Specialist Officer Common Written Exam: The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Common Written Exam for Specialist Officer and have the score mentioned by Bank of India are only eligible to apply.

2. Interview: Candidates who qualify in IBPS CWE with more than the minimum TWSS will be called for Personal Interview depending up on the number of vacancies in the ratio of 1:3.

3. Interview Marks: The interview will be conducted for 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for interview would be 50% General category & 45% for reserved category candidates (SC/ST/PWD/OBC). Candidates not qualifying in the interview will not be considered for final selection.
