Application Fee

 C-CAT fee Structure:

• Category-wise C-CAT fee (inclusive of GST).
• Course Category – II, C-CAT Paper(s) – A+B, C-CAT Fee: Rs. 1550/-
• Course Category – III, C-CAT Paper(s) – A+B+C, C-CAT Fee: Rs. 1750/-
• After filling the online C-CAT application form, the examination fee must be paid online.
• Candidates may note that the C-CAT fee once paid is not refundable.

• A. Beginning of Online Registration and Application for C-CAT: 28-11-2024

        Pan-CDAC Online Q&A Session on PG Diploma Courses and C-CAT Application Process: 12-12-2024 (3)

• B. Closing of Online Registration & Application, and Payment of Examination Fee for C-CAT: 30-12-2024
• C. Downloading of C-CAT Admit Cards: 7 to 11-01-2025
• D. C-DAC’s Common Admission Test (C-CAT) at the Test Centres: 11-01-2025 to 12-01-2025
• E. Announcement of C-CAT Ranks: 24-01-2025
• F. Online Selection of Courses and Centres (1st Counselling): 24 to 29-01-2025

         Pan-CDAC Online Q&A Session on C-CAT Counselling and Seat Allocation Processes: 27-01-2025 (3 pm)

• G. Declaration of First Round of Seat Allocation: 31-01-2025
• H. Last Date of Payment of first installment course fee (Rs 10,000 + GST) for candidates allocated seats through the first round: 06-02-2025 (till 5pm)
• I. Declaration of Second Round of Seat Allocation: 08-02-2025
• J. Last Date of Payment of first installment course fee (Rs 10,000 + GST) for candidates allocated seats first time through the second round: 12-02-2025 (till 5pm)
• K. Payment of caution deposit (Rs 10,000 + GST) and Online Selection of Courses and Centres (2nd Counselling): 13 to 18-02-2025 (till 5pm)
• L. Declaration of Third Round of Seat Allocation (based on 2nd Counselling): 19-02-2025
• M. Last Date of Payment of Balance Course Fee: 21-02-2025
• N. Last Date of Registration of Students: 24-02-2025
• O. Start of PG Diploma Courses across India: 25-02-2025
• P. End of PG Diploma Courses across India: 11-08-2025

Qualification

• The candidate should have passed 12th (or Equivalent).
