Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 30 years for S.No- 1, 32 years for S.No- 2 as on last date of receipt of applications and 40 years for S.No- 3 as on date of interview. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Two Years Full Time MBA with Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development as Specialization/ 2 years Full Time Master Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development for S.No- 1, Graduation in Commerce (Specialization in Finance and/or Accounts) with at least 50% marks for S.No- 2. Selection Process: Candidates will be called for written test/ interview and/ or group discussion etc., and/ or any combination.
