Brief Information: HP Board of School Education has given a notification for the recruitment of  HP Teachers Eligibility Test (TGT (Arts/ Medical/ Non  Medical)/ Shastri/ L.T/ JBT/ Punjabi/ Urdu) vacancies for June 2021. Those Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the Notification & Apply online.

Application Fee

  • For General & their Sub categories: Rs.800/-
  • For OBC/ ST/ SC/ PHH: Rs. 500/- 
  • Service Charges & Service Tax if applicable will be charged extra by the Bank.
  • Payment Mode (Online): Through Payment Gateway by Net Banking or Debit/ Credit Card

Important Dates

  • Starting Date to apply Online: 24-05-2021
  • Last Date to Apply Online without Late Fee: 13-06-2021 (till 11:59 PM)
  • Last Date to Apply Online with Late Fee Rs. 300/-: 18 to 21-06-2021 (14 to 18-06-2021 Extended to 18 to 21-06-2021)(till 11:59 PM)
  • Period for online corrections in Particulars: 22 to 24-06-2021 (19-06-2021 to 21-06-2021 Extended to 22 to 24-06-2021 (till 11:59 PM)
  • Download admit card from Board Website: 4 days before exam.
  • Date for JBT & Sanskrit TET: 09-07-2021 (Changed from 04-07-2021 to 09-07-2021)
  • Date for TGT (Non Medical) & Language Teacher TET: 10-07-2021
  • Date for TGT (Arts & Medical) TET: 11-07-2021
  • Date for Punjabi & Urdu TET: 12-07-2021 (Changed from 18-07-2021 to 12-07-2021)
  • Date for Objections: 28-07-2021

Age Limit

  • There is no upper age limit to apply for the TET. The age criteria are to be considered by the appointing authority at the time of appointment as per R&P Rules.
