Oriental Bank Of Commerce PO Selection Process

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) PO Selection Procedure Details: Oriental Bank of Commerce recruits probationary officer and Agricultural Officer vacancies on the basis of the PO Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS and Specialist Officers Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS. The Candidates who possess a valid score card are only eligible to apply PO and Agricultural Officer vacancies given by the bank. The following are the Selection Procedure details for the PO & Agricultural Officers vacancy.

OBC Selection Procedure details: OBC PO and Agricultural Officer Selection Process is based on IBPS Score and Personal Interview.

Selection Procedure:

1. IBPS PO & Specialist Officer Common Written Exam: The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Common Written Exam for PO & Agricultural Officer and have the score mentioned by OBC are only eligible.

2. Personal Interview: Depending on the number of vacancies, only those candidates who are qualified in the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees and for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS and possess a valid score card issued by IBPS and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on the Total Weighted Standard Score shall be called for a Personal Interview in the ratio of  1:3 for General / Unreserved Candidates and  1:5 in case of candidates belonging to the Reserved Categories.

3. Interview Marks: A Personal Interview of 50 marks shall be conducted to assess the personality traits having bearing on interpersonal relations, adaptability, courtesy etc and communication skills. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 40% marks (35% marks for reserved category Candidates).

4. Final Selection: Candidates who clears the Personal Interview will be considered for final selection.
