RBI Online Application for Deputy General Manager vacancies 2011: Reserve Bank of India – RBI invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for the recruitment of Chief Archivist in Grade ‘D’ (Deputy General Manager) vacancies in the Department of Economic and Policy Research for Reserve Bank of India Archives, Pune in Reserve Bank of India. Chief Archivist in Grade ‘D’ (Deputy General Manager): 01 post

Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is not exceeding 45 years as on 01-06-2011, relaxation as per rules.

Educational qualification: Candidates pass with Post Graduate in modern Indian History with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university or equivalent and Diploma or certificate course in Archival studies or Records Management. Experience is required.

Application fee: Demand draft for Rs 100/- (No fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in favoring Reserve Bank of India, payable at Mumbai only. Candidates from un banked areas may pay fee by crossed Indian Postal Orders in favour of Reserve Bank of India, payable at GPO, Mumbai.

Selection procedure: The selection will be through interview only.

How to apply: The eligible and interested candidates have to apply either online or offline.

Online Application Form: The eligible candidates have to apply through online from the http://onlinedr.rbi.org.in website on or before 18-07-2011, till 11.59 PM. At the time of online apply candidates should read the instructions carefully and the click on apply link. After successfully submission of online application candidates need take a print out of online application and send it along with copies of necessary certificates, with a recent passport size photograph must be pasted in the application form and sign across and Demand draft or Indian Postal Order of Rs 100/-, to the following address by ordinary post, on or before 25-07-2011, (For remote areas 01-08-2011), till 6.00 PM, The General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Post Bag No. 4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai-400008.

Offline Application Form: Candidates can also apply offline in prescribed format given in the advertisement, candidates should be typed or neatly hand written in Hindi or English on a good quality white A4 size paper. Candidates must filled the all columns in the application form and affix a recent passport size photograph with signature and forward together with required essentials and enclosures, to the following address by ordinary post, The General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Post Bag No. 4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai-400008, on or before 25-07-2011 (For remote areas 01-08-2011), till 6.00 PM.
